ETS believe you have the right to see the results of previous course critiques, this allows you to judge for yourself the quality of our instructors, our courses and training facilities. At the end of every training course, run by ETS, the customers are requested to fill in a course critique to help us to evaluate our performance and service to the customer. The critique consists of twelve observations and customers are requested to grade each observation between a range of one and five (one being poor and five being excellent). Customers are also encouraged to make comments where appropriate. These values are collated biannually, percentages calculated and then graphed accordingly to identify strengths, weaknesses, declines and improvements in our services.

ETS received a low score for the training venue, this was due to noise entering the class room from a door (not in use) that lead to the reception. Since this complaint, the doors have been sealed and taken measure to soundproof all classrooms.
