Objectives:

• Introduce the concepts used within data and voice transmission, in a non-technical way.
• Identify and explain the most common terminology used within the industry.
• Be able to identify where various types of products are used, and their respective benefits and positions in the market.

Who should attend:
All those commercially involved in any aspect of modern data and telecommunications. It is especially suitable for those with a non-technical background.

Prerequisites:
A general awareness of IT and some basic concepts of electricity would be advantageous but not essential.
